It was okay

Frankly I think I just got lucky when I was living there. I didn't need any major repairs, thankfully, because I got the impression that they didn't like to "go the extra mile" for anyone. Staff were friendly to me, but I had little interaction with them. I read reviews about this company's staff being two-faced, and I never experienced that, but it doesn't surprise me either.

Parking is a problem. You have an assigned spot but who knows if it will stay open because friends of residents will park there. Lighting is poor; halls are dimly lit, and if a light is burned out, be sure to call someone because it will never get fixed otherwise. Allegedly there is housekeeping, but I don't know what they do except change the garbage bag near the washer. I've heard a vaccum a few times in a year, but little evidence of cleanliness. Sugar ants can be a huge problem if you aren't careful. I didn't really have any other bugs except spiders, and they were infrequent. Laundry facilities are ancient, at best. I never did my laundry on grounds, because the dryer wasn't very good.

In my building, I didn't have a problem hearing neighbors through the floor or walls, unless there was loud yelling or pounding on the walls. You won't freeze in the winter because insulation was excellent. Live on the second floor if you can, but that's true for any place.

The community isn't interactive at all; most people aren't very friendly in this entire complex. Rent is okay. The parking lots in winter can be horrible. They don't plow unless three inches of snow is on the ground, but sometimes with ice and snow, there needs to be some salt on the sidewalks or parking lot; that seems neglected.

All in all, it's an okay place to live; I'm not sure I would go back though.
