Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have lived at Brookside Apartments for around a year now. I have rented in and out of Oshkosh for a few years and I have not had as uneventful, cooperative apartment company yet. They have been straight forward with me and I have been forward with them and they are willing to work with you. The past year has been the least dramatic and least stressful lease year since I left my parents house. The management has been great and the maintenance is on top of things.
