I lived in Concord Place Apartments for two years. I first moved in thinking that I was getting a GREAT apartment considering I am a college student. It indeed is a nice facility. However, the management sucks. They are never in the leasing office when they say they are going to be there. It takes weeks for a simple maintenance request to be answered. Many times the fire alarm would be pulled and no one from management would show up to shut it off...Yeah I was out in the parking lot for over an hour one night! They let just anybody live there and because of that things are constantly broken in the common areas and there is always garbage and puke in the hallways over the weekend and people urinate in the elevator as well. On top of all of this I was promised a prorated rent special for moving out early and allowing them to clean the apartment before the next tenants moved in. I made special arrangements to help them out in this matter. A month later I have yet to see that money and when I call the management or even cooperate office I receive no answer...No one even answers the phone when I call. I have left countless messages and no one returns my calls or e-mails.
I would say this is a nice facility per apartment. But if you want to save yourself headaches with management and embarrassment when the folks visit on the weekends... DON'T RENT HERE!!!!
