This is a tricky one. The place seems nice enough when the management types wheel you around the "community" in their little golf carts. Then you sign a lease and the other side of the place shows itself. I'm sure there are nice buildings, with corteous and quiet people. Building Z is not one of these. I have white trash neighbors. They host a lot of loud parties. They repair their cars right in front of my windows. They tote their hunting rifles around and throw their cigarette butts on the grass and generally make asses of themselves. I can't wait to move out. Do yourself a favor and look around before committing to this place.
