...for people to look for apartments in Oshkosh. A word about this place from a former resident: LOOK THE OTHER WAY.
Seriously, the cons outweigh the pros here. "We have a pool and an exercise room." Whoopee. What about the apartments' Paper thin walls, cheap fixtures, super cheap appliances, no microwave, crap garages with room for only one car, unsafe mailbox huts, bad grounds lighting, horrible snow clearing (i.e. they don't do it unless there's a storm), and an apathetic and rude maintenace staff. Let's talk about the pool and gym. If you move in during the fall, you'll be able to use the outdoor pool for about a month before it closes for the year. The exercise room is filled with badly maintained equipment. It would be alright if they bought new gear, but it is old and unsafe and not maintained by pros. The only thing I will say is that the place is good for college students who don't mind noise and who want to have lots of off-the-lease friends living with them, because these people don't care about that sort of thing at all. Our neighbors had five people living with them and no one cared. They just want to fill apartments and once you are in, you are forgotten as long as you pay rent.
