There is nothing to see here...move along. Please do yourself a favor and just look for another place. Seriously, how much do you really value an outdoor pool in Wisconsin' Or an exercise room with a bunch of old equipment' Those two items seem to be a big part of their marketing strategy. Before we moved in it was pounded into our skulls repeatedly that they had a pool and a "fitness center." In the end we needed an apartment quickly and the place seemed ok for just a year or so. We could not have been more wrong. Aside from the surly staff, the construction quality is just awful. You will hear your neighbors doing everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. This is particularly rough if you live next to loud college students. Another big negative is the snow clearing. It is virtually non existent. Plows will only come the day after a heavy snowfall, when all the snow is hard packed and slippery, and will do very little good. This sprawling apartment complex has only TWO maintenance workers, so don't expect the walks to be shoveled or salted either. The morning after a heavy snowfall, you WILL walk through knee high snow to your garage. Good luck if you wear a suit to work. The only positive aspect about the place was the neighborhood (clean and safe cookie cutter bedroom community) and the proximity to the only good grocery store in town. We never had a problem with theft or vandalism, which is rather common in some other parts of town.
