The new management here is absolutely obscene. There is no reason for myself, a paying tenant (who has never been late on rent or had any complaints) to be treated the way the management treats their tenants. I understand it is a big complex, but at least Cathy(the previous manager) would treat people with respect. I feel that under the new management, I and obviously others are only paying tenants, so long as we pay who cares about us. If I have a problem, I do not expect necessarily immediate service, unless my apartment is flooding, but in a timely manner would be nice. I have suggested this place to more than 4 seperate people who live here now and will be moving out because of these consisten problems. I myself will be moving out when my lease is up and looking for a new place. With the reputation these people seem to be getting around town, it is a wonder how they will fill all the "new" townhomes they are building, but it is not my concern, I will be suggesting to friends and others they look elsewhere for a place to live.

Don't forget, the snow plows who do not come until after 10 am or the doorways that are not shoveled until 10am. People do work earlier than that and also on the weekends when the plows do not even come out.

They shovel doorways? HA! I had to buy a shovel. and shovel myself out of my apartment to my car every time it snowed, a couple of times i even had to shovel my car out, because the plow just went down the main driveways and left 2 feet of snow for everyone to shovel themeselves out of their garages and parking spaces. i am also moving when my lease is up. try country park apartments. i had better luck there.
