The place is not all that bad, but the upstairs neighbors are loud, I am completely unaware of the management shift, but I have never had a problem with the office employees, they always answer my questions maybe not always super friendly, but come on everyone has their bad days. I wouldn't necessarily reccommend this place to others, but it doesn't mean that I won't continue to live her either. I wrote the previous before I moved out!

Now, I have gotten my security deposit back less the 150$ pet deposit and my 60$ carpet cleaning check, now I also am getting charged 70$ for the carpets not being in ok condition, which makes me angry because I cleaned the carpets in the apartment 3 times within a year and before I moved in it was the model apartment, and the carpet had stains all over it...now I looked and realized that the carpet cleaning company never cashed my check, so I am awaiting a call from corporate...the Better Business Bureau will be contacted, this is rediculous especially since I have seen this same complaint with someone else who had lived here!!!! If I were you I sure wouldn't live at Havenwood heights or any midwest property, they are out to get anyone they can!
