If you are student then maybe this is the place for you. However, if you are a working person or retired then this isn't the place for you. The students are taking over and are loud and have parties. If you live on the first floor then you might have a problem sleeping at nights....you can hear every footstep and if there is a party going on then, it might be a sleepless night. Snow removal is not the best and I had to buy a snow shovel so I could get out a few times. There are lots of places to live in Oshkosh but, in my opinion, this is not the place. I am looking for another place to live and can't wait to find something else.
