Very nice apartments, but they charge more rent than what they are worth. We do enjoy the 2 bathrooms, but the bedrooms are pretty small. Cozy and comfortable you could say. No trimming or moldings around windows or floors. One major downfall is that the parking lot is NEVER plowed right away and they have never salted it once all winter making it very slippery and difficult to get in and out of all the driveways except for the main one which they snow blow. If you don't have 4 wheel drive you may get stuck a few times. They do snow blow the walk-way right in front of the doors, and the main areas where you stand to get the mail. They also put out small jugs of salt in all the entry ways for you to salt the walk-ways. Other than that you are on your own. Between one and two coin operated washer and dryers in all buildings depending on amount of units. This gets pretty costly. I used to live in an apartment in Appleton where the rent was $610 and there was a washer/dryer in every unit.
