If you are renting from these people - word of warning - don't clean a thing when you move out. I spent 14 hours cleaning my place before I moved - it was spotless - but the manager did try to screw me out of my security deposit. He refused to give me a walk through-which is illegal - he had it rented out before I handed in my keys...it just goes on - but when I got a check for $2.95 - I hit the fan. I did talk with the owners (not the screwed up manager) (actually battled back and forth for 2 weeks) and did get some more money back - but not near what was right. This is just a heads-up - get everything in writing from the manager - he lies and cannot be trusted...take this from somone who knows. (I also had a friend that went through the same deal - same guy - same place - I just didn't know about it until I got screwed over)
