I have been a resident of both Brookside and Maple Court Apartments. I am currently residing at Maple Court in a two bedroom apartment.
Maple Court Apartments may not be built quite as well as Brookside; however, for the price I can not complain. For $500.00 a month I have all utilities included except electric. The water heaters are even gas.
The grounds are kept up nicely and the maintenance is superb. Whenever I have a maintenance problem it gets taken care of in a timely manner.
The staff here is great. They are friendly and when there is a resident problem they fix it in a fair and timely manner.
There may be better built and cheaper apartments in Oshkosh, but if you are looking for great value and superior service choose Maple Court or Brookside Apartments.
