Alexander & Bishop management not trustworthy. Promise free M-F newspapers for everyone, but only pay for 20 papers for 57 residents. Fired the previous managers and lied to all the residents that they had retired. Garage is poorly lighted and walls leek during heavy rains. Garage has two heater/blowers, one of which has been broken for four years. If your family has two cars, sell one before moving here. Swimming pool/whirlpool have been closed for maintenance more than they have been open. Decks were built with untreated wood and nailed together instead of screwed so the boards are warping. One water heater originally installed when the building was built in 1988, and never inspected since, rusted out in 2007, flooded an apartment and ruined the two apartments below it. That did prompt a building wide water heater inspection, but furnaces have still never been inspected. Overall a beautiful place to live, but the above make it unacceptable. A great place for people you don't like so they can be miserable here too. We're moving when our lease runs out.

I couldn't agree with you more. Did you mention they lie about everything and when you want to get a hold of them they never call you back? As long as they get their money they're happy, it's not at all about keeping their residents happy.
