Quality Two Bedroom Apartments

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
PROS: The grounds are well kept, the buildings are regularly maintained, staff is very helpful, repairmen seem knowledgable and are always prompt, activities are held at the lounge (holiday fun, BBQ's, etc.).
The apartments are regularly inspected every few months (furnace/water heater/smoke detectors, etc.), overall seem to be in good condition (windows are of poor design, but suffice), carpets are clean (no noticeable stains/runs/pills), walls and ceilings have no dings or missing paper, no problems with any appliances or amenities, LOTS of closet space, blinds provided, washer/dryer on site, two cats or one small dog are allowed (people do have labradors), rarely need air conditioning.
The buildings are on the bus stop, have ample parking, overnight guests may park on Logan Drive overnight, police patrol through the complex.
CONS: No lighting in bedrooms/living room, all lower outlets are circuited to the lightswitch (good for some, bad for those short on outlets), washer/dryer are small therefore making things a bit more expensive (about 3.00 to wash and dry a small load), Logan Drive is one of the last roads to be plowed in Oshkosh, parking lot is not plowed on weekends, dumpsters are always full, pets are an extra $25/month, ground floor apartments have little privacy (grounds staff mowing next to windows, people walking their dogs, kids playing), a select few kids need to learn some manners (boy urinating on building, cussing, etc.).
Overall, I'd recommend Summerfield Place. After a year our rent was only raised $25. Convenient for commuters who need to jump on HWY 41 or for those who work downtown Oshkosh.
