Let me preface this by saying I haven't lived here in over 2 years, so my memory is a bit hazy. Since I just found this website, I thought I'd share my experience there.
Parking- Every unit comes with a garage, and there's unassigned parking by the buildings as well.
Noise- I never heard a peep out of my neighbors. I would say the average age of residents was in the 40s. I was the one exception, as my dad moved to Arizona in my senior year of HS.
Grounds- They're older buildings, but were very well maintained.
Safety- I felt very safe living there.
Construction- Top notch, well maintained.
Maintenance- Never had to deal with the maintenance staff in the year or so I lived there; never had any problems to report!
Staff- Again, didn't really deal much with the staff but they were always professional and courteous.
Overall- I enjoyed living here, but unfortunately rent was getting a bit high for what was really a 1 BR with a den. The location is great; minutes from Pick N' Save, Menards, Wal-Mart, McDs, Applebees, I-94, too bad Capitol Cinemas is gone! There's a nice little park down the street with soccer fields, a basketball court, etc. I only left Bridlewood to move closer to UWM.
Notes- Uppers have vaulted ceilings. Washers/dryers included in unit. Each unit has a deck/patio. Master BR has a walk-in closet. Guessing rent is well over $900 now.
