This apartment complex is quiet, neat, and very friendly. In response to the above stated opinion that the complex is more comperable to a college dorm than an apartment complex suitable for adults, perhaps the writer should consider his/her own motives in posting such a comment. I have lived here for over a year and have had little to no problem with noise. The complex, on the whole, is always kept clean and it is evident that the managers care about the tenants and do whatever they can to make the apartment complex warm and welcoming. I have lived in many apartment complexes over the years and I would say, without a doubt, this is the best one so far!

You're right, I did have a motive, and that was to post MY experience of the place. You do realize that people have differing opinions right? Since my last review, the police have been called AGAIN. This time for the apartment down the hall harboring a felon who ran from the police! As I said, looks can be decieving, and this place illustrates that point vividly. The look of the apt's and grounds is great, but when it comes to content, this place is NOT for me. Your mileage may vary, but in my experience, I've dealt with police, parties, little to no sound insulation, and overall some of the most disrespectful people I've come across. Believe me, I wish it wasn't like that.

This place ------- sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to move..... Many young people and many parties. This place is not quiet. The view is beautiful, however, you can hear everything. There is pretty much no noise insulation, and the kitchen sucks. There is no space in the kitchen to do anything. Plus, try figuring out how to put your furnature in the living room. Upstairs loft is real small, and the bathroom sucks. You have to shut the bathroom door from the inside to open the one drawer that is under the sink. HORRIBLE....... plus,,,,nothing but pot heads and druggies live here!!!!!!!!!!! There are two managers, one is extremely nice and the other is a real -------. And,,,,,,heating and air SUUUUUUUUUUCK... TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS!!!!!!!! oh....and, parking lots are never plowed, i swear it take two days to plow the parking lot after a snow storm....i hate it here
