based on the new resident managers, i've placed my first offer on a house. i was recently told (incorrectly) that they only had to give me six hours notice to come through my apartment. they've started allowing dogs here, and i can hear at least one at all hours. on top of that, a letter came around the other day informing us that the only things allowed on our balconies are gas grills, plants, and chairs.

i, for one, intend to plant a "free foxtail!" sign on my balcony.

Absolutely. It is unbelievable how things have changed in this complex since the new managers have arrived. They certainly DO NOT seem to care about their new tenants. In fact, they've never even made an effort to introduce themselves to the old tenants! They give the least amount of notice when entering the apartments and it is almost impossible to get a hold of them for questions/concerns and when one does talk to them face to face... they act like they can't be bothered! It is a sad situation here. Oh, and let's not even get started on the whole dog thing. Yeah, they've been letting people have dogs here for at least a month and we only received a formal letter acknowledging this fact a few days ago! And we're not talking chihouhas either... we're talking full-size, barking all the time, scary dogs. To sum it all up, this apartment complex has taken a nose dive the past month and I would not recommend this place to anyone and I can't freakin' wait to move out!!!

This place is awesome, Ive lived here almost a year. very quiet, great price, good discounts for maintaining the place, some do complain about dog noise, but people mostly keep dogs very quiet. I would recommend highly.

If you're that frightened of big, scary barking dogs you must not be talking about Foxtail Meadows. I've never met a scary dog here...those breeds aren't allowed. If you can't stand the bark of a dog, go elsewhere...that's what dogs do!
