Hi,

I am very happy at Foxtail, I would like to see them hand out free money and then I would write really nice stuff, but since they won't I will just ay its ok.

It's the principle of it. If I have a lot going on and forget until the second I think a $50 charge is quite steep! Wisconsin made it a law for a reason, but of course Foxtail got around it.

I do not have a problem paying by the first of the month, that extra four days would not make a difference to me, I plan on honoring the lease by paying on time.
