sorry, I have to agree with the older reviews, not the one listed in 2/09. Heating is horrible. Air leaks all over the unit, sound proofing seems to be non-existant, if you want hot water in the kitchen you have to leave the water run for several minutes and all that water going down the drain I'm paying for with a monthly water/sewer bill.
Avoid.
