Looks like a nice place to live but scratch the surface and you will find so many issues that you do not want to have to deal with.
I am a current resident and cannot wait until my lease is up. Everything promised before I signed my lease was NEVER addressed. Appliances are outdated, maintenance is never available and the property manager is non-existent. As a result residents are left to their own devices to take care of upkeep on their units. I have never lived somewhere so beautiful yet so unkept and uncared for - a real shame. When I moved in it was a complex full of single professional people and now it is borderline slum. They don't care who they rent to and as a result you will find yourself surrounded by very inconsiderate neighbors who continually instill their disgusting habits in your space. Rent will be increased every year you are there by a minimum of 20% so be aware of that little unknown also.
