These apartments are a joke. First off the list of demands in the property guidelines book that this community expects are outrageous and the cost vs quality is way out of touch. We live in a 1st floor condo style unit and at all hours of the day I can either hear stomping, vacumming or kids running all around from my neighboor upstairs. Several complaints made to the management have been met with nothing but "Oh weve never had any complaints before, and we prefer that our residents initiate the 1st complaint with the neighbor".

So after I confront my neighbor and he tells me he's doing nothing wrong; the problems continue and after several more complaints to the management office nothing has been done. So after only a few months of living here I get to pack my stuff all over again and move to an upstairs unit, tack $200.00 more a month on to my rent in hopes of regaining some sanity and peace and quiet.

This place is like a short term hotel. People are constantly moving in and out of here no doubt because of some of the same problems I have been having. I pay over $1200.00 for a 2bed 2bath is not worth it from the cheapness of the apartments and all the hassle. I would move to a new complex but I am locked into a one year lease, they offer month to month leasing but it costs $100.00 more a month to do so and to top it all off they have restrictions as to when you can move in and out.

One last note; the water and sewer bills are "shared" between all 8 units in the building; If you have 2 people living in the apartment the water and sewer bill is "estimated" to how much water 2 people would "normally" use. The bills are sky high and for some reason the electric bills are outrageous as well.

Seriously, dont waste your time or even think about moving here. When my lease is up I will be buying a house because with how much hassle and rent I'm paying here it's NOT WORTH IT!
