I have lived at Saddle Brook twice. The first time was in 2004 which was a positive experience, and when the time came to return to the Pewaukee area, it was on the top of the list. Living there in 2007 was a different experience. It was really a different world. The staff was neither helpful nor receptive to suggestions for improvement. I no longer recommend people to consider this an option unless you like being treated poorly.
