If your thinking about renting at Saddlebrook apartments, take my advice and pass. ESPECIALLY if you do not enjoy barking dogs, pet urine & feces all over the greenspace. My upstairs neighbor runs on his treadmill from 8:30 to 9:00 PM every night. My whole apartment shakes, I can't read my computer monitor due to the shaking. The complex has rules but NEVER enforces them. When you call the office they make up lame excuses. I had to call the Pewaukee police to resolve a barking dog problem that the office laughed about. When the police stood outside of the door they could not believe how long and loud the two dogs inside of the apartment I complained about were barking. The management let a contractor leave ladders laying outside of by bedroom window for 6 months during the winter, this is a safety risk, when I called the office their response was the contractor did not want to come and pick them up, who is the contractor working for' While I worried someone would use the ladder to break in! DO NOT RENT HERE, unless you don't care about dog xh$#@ and safety.

I do not have the time to chase pet owners around who let their pets defect all over the place. It's common sense if your running on a treadmill in a upper apartment it will have some effect on the lower unit. The last person in your unit had 5 kids and two dogs, the noise was unbearable. We did ask him directly to help with our situation and he just ignored us. So I give up. Just so you know the walls are paper thin, I can hear you blow your nose. After 2 years of this. I'm out of here. You will probably have a better experience because you do not have anyone above you. Good Luck with your future home purcahse and I hope you do not have to live with what I lived with. Everything I've mentioned in my review is true and I will not take any of it back.

Well I do hear where you are coming from, and out of respect because we are people that do respect others we will no longer get on the treadmill after 7pm, if this is still too late just let us know. I'm sorry you had & or are having a bad experience here but while you still are here we will try and make it a better stay. I'm sorry if you can hear me blow my noise, we are looking forward to becoming home owners but for now we are here for at least another year. I appreciate your response, and again now we are communicating which makes things tons better! Have a good night
