Drive right past this place on your search for a new home. Not only is this one of the most expensive apartments I have ever rented in my life (I could pay a mortgage for $1400.00 a month) but the front office staff are VERY rude and take every complaint as a personal attack against them and speak to you very catty and full of attitude when they respond. I made a complaint about an issue I had and they came back at me saying they had received a complaint against me from someone else; how nice of them to wait until I make a complaint to say something.
The person who made the last review here is correct in saying that there is dog poo ALL OVER the property and the grass is damaged everywhere from dog urine; yet the management does nothing to fix it but then they have the audacity to send out letters to all the dog owners saying if they find a pile of dog poo they will charge $25.00 to have it picked up!!
Dont bother with this place, unless you like rules that go unenforced, dog poo and burned out grass as landsacping, dogs barking, and cranky front office staff that dont care about the residents or their complaints.

I understand about the rude staff the manager just sits on her behind and makes every one else do her work. She runs her staff ragged and then takes all the credit and $$$. With an overworked staff and having to cater to the manager I can see why at times they are short. I do not think it is meant unkindly just frustration. Maybe the company need to take a new look at the manager not just the staff that keeps quitting
