They say that they are thinking about not allowing dogs and yet they have a 20ft. banner advertising they accept pets. I am aware of no rewards program. Maint. has always been prompt. But the cleaning staff spends their day riding around in a golf cart smoking and hiding out. The buildings have graffiti on the stairwell walls and some other things that I have no clue as to their origin. The parking garage is filthy. Since the new mgmt. has taken over the cleanliness and the dog issues have gotten worse and vadalism is on the rise. Dog feces are seen in the halls and elevators on a regular basis. The past mgmt. did not allow vicious dogs. Since this person took over I have seen an increase in vicious breeds and large dogs move in. The cleaning staff seem to either be understaffed or lazy. Cleaning seems to be a foreign concept to them. So be prepared to plug your nose! So if you don't mind walking down the halls and dodging animal feces and reading obscene things in the stairwells, and if you don't mind the terrible smell then go ahead and move in. Oh and don't forget to let your kids hang out with the locals. The gangs of preteens like to play unsupervised in the streets flipping you the bird and using foul language towards you as you beg to get your vehicle pass.

Yes it was pretty bad...but they got rid of the office manager and EVERYONE is much happier, and I haven't seen any gangs of teenyboppers roaming the streets...there are almost 300 apartments here!!! of course there are going to be children around! It's not a crowded 300 either...lots and lots of space between each building and huge common "park" area. our cleaning person has really done a good job of keeping this building looking great for the 30 or so families that live here! I think some of the adults need to pick up after themselves better...ie cig. butts/dropping junk mail in the hall...stuff like that. We're staying.
