I lived at Hidden Oak before the new management started and I would have to say I didn't have any problems until they came. After they came I got complaints after complaints about my children saying they were too loud. Well kids are kids and the walls aren't to thick.But my kids were not half as loud as the rottwieler upstairs from me that barked and stomped and ran around all day or the dog down the hall that barked and howled all day.

I don't have as much experience with the new management, got out of there right away, the management before was nice and helpful.
I was so tired of getting nasty letters about noise from management that they mailed to me!! Couldn't even give to me personally or under my door!
The layout was spacious but for a two bedroom, you can find cheaper with less dog droppings around your patio.
Also when I moved out they charged me stating I broke my lease, I never had a lease. I was on month-to-month which I gave a 30 day notice. So when you move out, expect to get charged for everything.
