I think our managemnet and maintance team are ridiculous and not about the community or the renters.Managemnet is not available when they are needed. Our last snowfall, our office was closed down, the walkwasys to our buildings were not shoveled and the worst part is that they left a bucket in the door entrance full of salt for the renters to salt themselves. Is this why we pay $900 to live in filth and to be treated like we live in project housing' Does anyone really want to live in a apartment community where the maintance man lives in the empty apartments and who's son has a master key to all the buildings but is not employed by Hidden Oaks' And if you think having pool and a tanning bed is an advantage think again. With old managemnt children had to be out of the pool by 7pm and adult swim was until pool closing at 9pm, but now children run ramped all day and into the night hours of the pool. Are the adults of this complex paying for these facilities or the kids' I regret ever moving into this complex and would never ever think of even letting another person know of this place let alone refer them here.
