i can say i have alot of problems with hiden oak estates!!! for one they shut the place down for remodeling and said it would only be a month. we months flew by and by the time you knew it they had it open 4 months later!! to me i feel we pay to use the gym, tanning bed and pool. if we could not use it for 4 months we as residents should get something in return. then when everything was finally open you had to by a pass to get access to everything. didnt we already pay for that at the begging of our lease. what crap is that, and the gym still dont look like it has improved!! all they did was add a little space and spread out the equippment. they couldnt even buy and new equipment!! to me it still looks like crap!! i have seen alot nicer gym rooms in other apartment buildings. the pool is tiny and infested with kids all day long. i think it is like 5 feet and thats all. where are they taking in any cosideration of the adults. can a almost 6 foot person really swim in 5 feet of water' i dont really care for the staff at the office either. they are snobby and somewhat uneducated in what their job duties are! someone needs to go over them again with the staff! the windows and patio doors are very drafty in the cold months. the apartments are laid out very nice and that is all i can really say about hidden oak, oh and im glad i moved out of there!!
