I have been a resident here for 1.5 years and am looking forward to the end of my lease. The buildings are not attractive or upkept in anyway. Their idea of keeping up the buildings was to fire the staff and "hire" residents to do the cleaning. The cleaning is done not regularly. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting as are the walls - full of filth, scuff marks and stuff thrown on. They have alot of nerve expecting the residents to upkeep the apartment and charging at end of lease if not done - they should lead by example and keep up the buildings. The lawns are full of dead grass and dog crap. Garbage is strewn all over the garage areas and outside the dumpsters. To top things off, the office staff is rude and does not follow through on anything. I have been in the office on more than one occasion and witnessed staff speaking to residents as if they are not worth staff's "valuable" time. For the money paid to live here, there should be some return on the money - where is it spent; certainly not on the grounds upkeep or resident comfort.
