I lived in Hidden Oak's for almost 3 years and actually am thinking about moving back there. I think that for your money it is a great place to live! I never had any problems with the dogs, the garbage, or the walls. Any apartment building you live in the walls are going to get scuffed from people moving in and out all the time. As for the noise I never heard a peep from anyone above, below, left or right of me. I have lived in Chicago and California since Hidden Oaks and it has been my favorite apartment that nothing else has compared to.
