This place is terrible. When we moved in Stephanie said that the trains don't run in the middle of night, it is absolutely sound proof, the cleaning lady cleans all the time, people pick up after their dogs and the area is well maintained. Well lets see...trains run at all hours of the night (tracks are right next to the apartment buildings) can hear the people all around us, I never see the cleaning lady. There is still dog puke on the top of stairs for 2 months now. I have called numerous times. I have also called to have my bathroom drawer fixed. No one has showed up so I just hot glued gunned it. Also my 3 year old son picked up a bullet in the parking lot. Which I am sure is not from the cops. There is dog poop all over the landscaping.
I can not wait to move. I thought paying $1200 a month in rent I would get great service. I thought that the walkways and parking lot would be clear of snow and ice. The building shouldnt smell like urine.
I am actually going to go down to the office tomorrow and let them know about the bullet and puke and crap like that. Maybe if I am lucky they will let me out of my lease. This place is a mini ghetto for a high price!
