Well this is my first apartment. I don't have much to complain about. I have not had any problems with the appliances, or structure of my apartment, everything works just fine. There is dog crap everywhere outside, careless people. The included, heated parking garage is nice, but pricy if you have more than one car. At night, the lights outside of the office flicker on and off, and has been like that since day one. It's very annoying if you park there. Either the building is made really well, or I have quiet neighbors, but I have NO noise complaints. I did have a crappy neighbor that lived across the hall (she was evicted) that was gross. Left garbage outside of her door for WEEKS, left a crusty toaster in the evelvator for days, left tons of cardboard boxes in the garage, with her work address on them, but she's gone now. I think the quality of people that live here is descent, have not had any security issues. I like the layout of the apt. I'm in, very spaciotus, but my rent is split 3 ways. Otherwise a little pricey! I do love the location. There are trains that run at night, but you can honestly not hear them, I was in the building 3rd from the back. This is the nicest place I could find that took dogs, and had separated bedrooms - on opposide sides of the apt, in this area. Overall it's not that bad, but too $$ for a 2 br.
