Garbage everywhere

So in the last month tenants have left their open bags of garbage sitting in the entry way. And as of today tenants have left their empty beer cans and bottles in the stairway. Yup definatley ghetto. If you like to live in the ghetto than this is the place to go!! Plus it smells like dog pee all the time. Someones dog peed in the elevator months ago and it smells like straight urine. So if you like the smell of urine and garbage and beer. You must live here!!
