Staff who are only available 9-5 MpF sat/sun limited to afternoon
no cameras for security
no incentives for long term tenants to stay

Hello...cameras for security? Staff only available 9-5? This is the real world people. This place has underground parking, pool, workout center, lots of outdoor space for families and pets, (but could use better playground equiptment), volleyball and basketball court for under $1000. per month? The elementary school is one of the best in the District and we're five minutes from Lake Andrea. I live here...I am not an employee that is trying to get a good review on here. Of course there are some things that could be better, but I don't get these people who rate this place so bad.

ok yet a nother comment from staff at the hidden oak office. if you have so much time to get on and write why dont you take care of you complex like you run your mouth. get real and stay off here trying to make gold out of crap. you dont live here, you work here!!!!!!!! yah right...........
