I've been here for 2 years. I'm going to be leaving here in a few months. The reason I choose this place was because they took dogs and was somewhat affordable.
Every time you renew your year long lease, they up the price on you. I've had no problems with anything breaking, or hearning our neighbors. It's very quiet. We had some really outrageous people living across the hall, but they were soon evicted. Only time I could hear them though, was while in the hallway.
Becareful, 2 months before your lease is up, you have to deceide if you leaving or staying. Problem with that is most apts. will only hold one for you 30 days in advance. The underground parking in ample, extra spots are $50.
Management is horrible. Very unorganized, and had problems with them not recording my extra parking spot, etc. The lighting outside is really poor, lights either flicker on and off, or don't work at all.
Overall it's not so bad, every will have have good and bad points.
