Building is never cleaned in a timely manner. Back stairways stink like rotten garbage and piss. Elevator stinks like a bathroom (never use unless have to) Complaints to office about state of the building ignored. Approached company who owns they basically back the office without reviewing themselves. Office will lie and say a building is fine when it actually smells and is not clean. Unrepsonsive to maintenance requests called for assistance after office hours with a flooding problem, noone came. Had to call 3 times just to be told they would come in morning and check out. Have problem with mice in garage because do not keep garbage cleaned around dumpster. Have had tires flattened when parked in garage. Garage door is constantly stuck open. Does not shut anyone can walk in. Front entryway door has had frame and window taken out at least 3 times. Management aware of but keep repairing the same door and instead of investing in a door that cannot be broken into. Building is slowing becoming more and more section 8 the more accepted the worse the state of the building becomes.
