I have only lived in the apartments since 2007 and I have had my ups and downs with the apartments. I understand that we do not have a maintenance cleaning service but was not informed of that when I moved in and had to find out for myself. But once you know that it should be every renters responsibility that when they make a mess they should clean it up. If you drop something pick it up. If you take your dog out clean up after it. If you live in a house does someone clean up after you, no so clean up after yourself. I would not want to be one of the people responsible for cleaning up after people because people don't care, they know it is not there job. I have a dog and there are dog stations with bags, use them, they supply them. I recently had a maintenance issue and they came the day after I reported it and fixed it. As of today I really have an issue yesterday was the big snow and they plowed us in so in order to get out this morning I had to shovel my self out. That is the down fall part to it. That was rediculous, the other bad thing is that the trash is in the garage which makes the garage stink and will attract mice. I wish they would put that outside that would help. The apartment is very nice and big and in my building I have great neighbors. There is an up and a down to every where you live. Most peoples issues with these apartments i have read that has been bad it the cleanness. Then those people need to pick up after themselves and help out more.
