Parking: The garage door is constantly being "fixed". I have been late for work on three different occassions. It was replaced and it still doesn't work!
Garbage is always overflowing from the dumpsters. Smells nasty!

Noise: The managment refuses to get involved in tenant disputes. If you have a problem with noisy neighbors and/or children. Doors are constantly slamming, kids running the hallways and stairs. They handle the problem by telling you to call the police. Management simply does not care, not their problem.

Pets: Supposedly there is a weight restriction. ANY size/breed is welcome!
Tenants taking care of their pets, yeah right!

Club House: What a joke!!!!!


We have written letters, been to the office and called the police.

We have come to realize that Hidden Oak Estates will approve anyone!
