Literally on the day we were moving out, at about 3 a.m. 3 cars in the undergound parking garage were vandalized. My Mustang, my boyfriend's Civic (parked next to my car) and an Explorer. The owner of the Explorer used to be part of the management, but wasn't anymore at the time. Of course mu car got the worst of it. Hidden Oak does not hold any responsibility for the ---- that goes on there. Anyone can get into the parking garages, and into the building for that matter. Once you're in, you can go up the stairs or elevator and then to any floor. No keys required! No video cameras! Cost me several hundred dollars to fix my car out of my own pocket. Never thought this would happen, glad I'm out and have my own garage now. I will not reccommend this place simply because of this one thing. Not worth it. Any drunk -------s can screw your cars up. Management did absolutely nothing, not even any words for comfort.
