Great place for the money

I lived at Lexington Village for 2 1/2 years and enjoyed it overall. My only real complaint would be that the walls could be better insulated. I happened to have noisy neighbors and I could hear them late at night. That being said, I would still live there if I hadn't had to relocate for my job. The current manager, Scott, is extremely helpful and is never too busy to take care of problems (i.e. noisy neighbors). For what you get; Central A/C, W&D, attached garage, etc. it's a great deal for the money.

It may be ok for the money but just wait until you see what they will charge you to move out!! And then try dealing with Sarah - good luck!!

I don't mind the noisy neighbors as much as the neighbors who hold their children hostage at gunpoint. Maybe I'm in the wrong building but I'd take the noise anyday.
