We have lived here for two years now and if we wouldn't have to relocate for our jobs we would stay even longer. The grounds are always kept up and it is such a plus to have actual trash pick up rather than having dumpsters located all over the place. The only problem we have had in two years is the garbage disposal stopped working, but Scott immidiately came up and fixed it within 5 minutes.
For everything you get (2 bedrooms, 2 car garage, w/d in unit, private entry, dishwasher, garbage pick up, 2 full size baths) this place is great for the money. As a person in my late 20's I have found this place to be everything I had hoped for and would highly recommend the property to anyone who asks.
