Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Management is the worst I have ever seen. They enter the apartment whenever they want-told me they would be entering on 2/14 then entered on 2/2, when I questioned it they told me they only give 'approximate dates of when they will enter'. Did they same thing again in July. Plumbing in bathroom broke flooding the apartment and was told by their plumber that it was installed incorrectly in the first place, then they billed me to replace the carpeting the water damaged. Will bill you for everything they can think of when you move. Was once evacuated at 9:00 pm on a Sunday night because the guy next door took his baby hostage and had a stand-off with the police. Couldn't wait to get out. Will never deal with EnerCon again!!
