Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Did not like management company nor property manager - complained about a birds nest above my front door and the bird poop from it - he removed the nest - left the poop. Had to constantly walk around it until I cleaned it up myself. Also didn't like getting woken up in the middle of the night by my amorous upstairs neighbors.
