Better than Lexington Village I lived both here and at Lexington Village. Lexington charges you for every light bulb and screw upon moving out and does not do any maintenance unless you bug the heck out of them. I have not had that problem at all here. I would live here anyday over Lexington

Garbage everywhere So in the last month tenants have left their open bags of garbage sitting in the entry way. And as of today tenants have left their empty beer cans and bottles in the stairway. Yup definatley ghetto. If you like to live in the ghetto than this is the place to go!! Plus it smells
