Terrible Noise from neighbors, mold in the carpet, cant drink the water without getting sick, smoking right outside the doors so you cant open your windows if they are not broken and not put in properly.

I like my apartment. I like the layout and the price. The hallways are always kept nice and clean!!! I hate the parking, dishwasher, stove, and lack of garage door opener. The stove needs updating very badly!!! VERY OLD!

Mixed Don't waste your money! The apartments are nice (looking) however built very cheap! Don't expect to get all of your security deposit money back. We were in our apartment for 1 year pretty much to the date (they were brand new buildings we were the first tenants in our apartment unit)
