This is luxury compared to my apartment in Middleton.Very nice buildings. Rent can get a little pricey, but I have a one bedroom with full loft, island in the kitchen and a big living room. Parking can be tight. They keep the grounds clean and grass cut. The only thing I've noticed is there seems to be a lot of bugs. Overall this is a great place to live!
