Management, specifically Becky Konitzer, the primary operations manager is a royal -----! They have no respect for the military and even though I lived in the apartments for 15 months (off an initial 9 mo. lease) she was not willing to give me a break on my last months rent because I gave my 60 day notice on the 9th instead of by the 5th! This is --------!!!

Also, they try to make you sign a clause stating that you have to have the carpets cleaned!!! DO NOT sign it!! Carpet cleaning is NOT required by tenants! Learn your rights at www.tenantresourcecenter.com

watch out. if you confront her or peggy in an anger manner or even raise your voice you will recieve a visit from the pulaski police. my spouse was given a disorderly conduct ticket for trying to call peggy and becky as to why we weren't having our lease renewed. it turns out that we weren't wanted there because my spouse confronted peggy and becky about maintaince not done ( we lived on the top floor and our railing wasn't attached to the building). the cop that gave us the ticket said that he came out many times a week because of peggy and becky to the apartments.
