I've only been @ Belle Harbor 2months. I'm not happy. Jessica left right before I moved in and we've had a few temps and afew people supposedly from corporate to cleean things up. Not seeing it. The office doesn't open before I leave for work and are usually gone before I return. I work normal office hours so it's not like I work crazy 12 hour weaid shifts. They are NEVER there on weekends. I have yet to to be shown where my storage bin is (no biggie, I see they are overwhelmed and would rather they fix the BIG problems) My unit itself is very nice. However it is VERY loud! When rain hits the flat rubber roof -WOW. They didn't put a gravel buffer down. Cheap. Plus I always hear a rolling ball sound which they tell me is the drain pipe. But even when it's not raining' That doesn't make sense. It's very loud from people hooting and hollering outside my window and "bumping the bass" from their car stereo all hours. Last night a car alarm was going off from about 1:30am till I left in the morning. How annoying! I've found some of the people who live there are just plain trashy and want to trash the building. The ventalatin is also pretty bad. Always getting "funky" or smokey smells in my unit. I don't smoke at all so It's not mine. This place looks nice, but is rather cheaply made and maintained. If they hope to get the upscale tennants @ their new building across the way they better clean house here @ Belle Harbor First.

I have just read this persons, opinion of Belle Harbor lofts, and i have a question for the managers. i was really insterested in moving into one of your appartments, but i really haven't heard any positive points about the building. But my question is if the service there is so bad why in the world are ya'll charging people almost 600.00 for a one bedroom that sounds ridiculous. With service that bad, i don't care how nice the appartment looks, no one should have to put up with craziness like that. the rent there should be FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After reading other peoples comments, i would rather spend my hard earned money somewhere else. This tenant is right before you try to get more people to move in there you need to make the ones that are there happy first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
