I have lived here for 3 months and i would not recommend signing a lease with this place to anyone!! I love love love my apt. but like i said, I've been here for 3 months and things that should have been done before i moved in still aren't done. it takes forever for maintenance to do anything around this place. The hallway carpets were professionally cleaned and walls painted shortly after I moved in and you can't tell at all anymore. I've lived in other apt. complexes before and I've noticed that tenants treat the premises the way the managers and other workers do, which here, is not good. The hallways smell, walls are dirty, equipt. in workout room is broken, and there is trash everywhere. When i moved in i was told "wireless" internet and cable were included, which they are not. "Wireless" internet turned to DSL and my cable was cut off a month after i moved in, with a note in my door telling me it was no longer included. The rooftop patio is no longer open like the brochures say. My car got hit twice in the tenant parking lot and of course no one knows a thing. I was told complaints were coming in aimed towards my apt., which is funny because I'm up for work at 5 a.m. mon - fri. I tried complaining about some noisy neighbors that wake me up all hours of the night and was told to call the police next time. Please take my advice and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
