The location of the apts. is nice. The apts. are nice (kitchen is small but ok to deal with). If you need something the staff is always willing to help out and accomodate you as good as they can. I feel safe and secure in the building.
Most of the residents are friendly and easy to talk to.
I am happy with choosing to live here.
Keep up the good work...concord staff :)

I've lived in the Concord Apts for three years. It is a wonderful place to live. The buildings are maintained very well, both in summer and winter. The management and maintenance is right on with isses that come up. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and pleasant place to live to check it out.
